The course "Maintenance, Rules and Fines Enforcement" is an overview for each participant to become more aware of the rights and obligations of the Association in enforcing its maintenance collection policy, rules and regulation enforcement, and procedures to establish fines for violations of rules and regulations. More specifically, the learner objectives will address the following topics: Fines, Arbitration, Injunction Relief, Estoppel Letters, Maintenance Arrears, Interest and Late charges, Enforcing of rules and restrictions, Procedures for Collection of maintenance arrears, Florida safe harbor provisions and recent court decisions, Demand Letter, Liens, and foreclosure action.
